The Urban Homes team builds across the Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty and South Auckland. We’re driven, focused, and hungry for excellence. We’re also fun, caring and we have great banter.
Some of us work on site and some of us work behind the scenes, but whatever role we play in building your home, we all believe in taking ownership and treating your project as if it were our own.

Creating beautiful client homes of exceptional quality was the inspiration for Daniel and wife Bronwyn when they established Urban Homes in 2004. No strangers to the build process themselves having built and renovated homes of their own, Daniel, a trade-qualified carpenter, and Bronwyn wanted to provide clients with a building journey of a difference – one that was professional, transparent, stress-free, and most of all enjoyable. Today, that passion has extended to all facets of the company.
As CEO, Daniel is committed to growing and empowering the Urban Homes team, creating a culture where people are valued, respected, and encouraged to unlock their potential. Daniel is driven by excellence, as well as a desire to be a role model for his two boys, both of whom have shown a talent for the building industry with many a Lego masterpiece.
