Mark our Project Manager was extremely knowledgeable and proactive. But his customer focus and ability to manage us as the customer was outstanding. He quickly resolved things, knew where to push back, handled objections well and at all times retained a trusting relationship where we felt valued and validated. He really made our build exceptional through a challenging and difficult time. We are extremely grateful to him and the entire Urban team.
