When Monique and Sam Kimber-Bell stepped on to their prospective site in Rangitahi, they knew they’d found home.
Located on a back section in the newly crowned Tunarua Drive, the Kimber-Bell’s North-facing Rangitahi plot, ticked all their boxes. Well, all but one… they needed someone to bring their dream to life.
