New Home Consultant
At Urban Homes, taking ownership is key. We’re looking for humble, hungry and smart New Home Sales Consultants with experience in the NZ residential market, to join the team at Urban Homes.
Urban Homes specialise in building quality new homes and are the Waikato’s most awarded Master Builder. We treat every project as our very own masterpiece.
As a New Home Consultant, you will be amongst a team of like-minded experts in their field who are extremely busy and focused on providing our client’s with an exceptional journey through the building process of their new home. You will find this role to be extremely varied and rewarding.
You will need to be passionate about the building industry, building beautiful, quality homes is in our DNA. You will be able to demonstrate high performance sales ability and a hunger to strive to be the best at what you do. You need to be a quick learner and top achievers will have a desire to take on this role as if it’s your own business. Previous new home sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant. Draughting experience would be an advantage.
We want someone who is smart. Not just process smart, but people smart. Your EQ will be on par with your IQ. You will be focused, driven, and a high achiever. You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, conducting yourself in a friendly, professional manner.

This role requires a lot of flexibility in terms of hours, however, it is expected on average that the Consultant would work a minimum of 40 hours per week including rostered weekends at our showhomes.
