The Project Managers at Urban Homes are backed by an exceptional support network of experienced professionals. From a dedicated Construction Manager who provides oversight on scheduling and workload, to a highly capable on-site construction support team, you will never be managing projects alone. This role offers the strength of a collaborative team environment, ensuring you have the resources, guidance and support needed to deliver outstanding results.
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of Urban Homes projects. This includes budgets, schedules, compliance, health and safety and most importantly the level of craftsmanship and finish that defines every Urban home. You’ll work closely with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and the Urban team to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.
You’re organised, detail-focused and confident leading projects and people. You take pride in quality workmanship and understand the importance of communication, systems and accountability.
