Since 2004 Urban Homes has been designing and building quality homes throughout the greater Waikato, from Whitianga to Cambridge, and everywhere in between. We’ve now established ourselves in the wider Rotorua Lakes region to provide the same beautiful homes and relationships which last for generations.

We’re fortunate enough to call Rotorua home and it is a truly special place for us to raise our four kids! For us, it’s more than just a location; it’s a way of life. We have set up home in the idyllic Redwood Park, a stone’s throw from the world-famous Whakarewarewa Forest, where adventure is on our doorstep. We have world-class mountain biking, scenic running trails, and pristine lakes – all within easy reach (and land is available now! Redwood Park, Rotorua). We also love the rich culture and history that is ingrained in this very unique part of New Zealand.
